Fauna 6’10x9’5

Fauna is a beautiful Persian, kirman rug. She is hand knotted and woven from wool. She was woven in kirman, Iran and has a thick, low pile, that is easy to clean up but is still soft underfoot. This rug measures approximately 6’10x9’5 and has a very rich palette of soft maroon red, cobalt blue, with black and olive accents. Fauna has an all over floral design with a geometric diamond motif. Please also reference the color swatches for more accurate coloring.

Fauna is handmade and is not perfectly straight on the edges. Note that her measurements will vary a few inches due to the weaving. Dayana has abrash, or variances in dye color that is common with rugs that are hand dyed.  

This rug is vintage. Please refer to photos for condition. We do our best to photograph these rugs in natural and artificial light but colors may appear different from what is shown on your screen. All of our rugs and pillows are vintage and/or antique.

Due to their hand made nature and age, rugs may show discrepancies such as, repairs, tears, holes, wear, fading, discoloration, odor etc. We respect the character and history of our textiles, and do not consider these defects.

All of our textiles are washed before shipment but if odor persists, please wash with borax and water. Refunds are not accepted due to a lingering odor
